Reinforce Manager and Supervisor Leadership
Designed for program graduates, this module highlights the issues and conflicts from The PML Experience®, PML Front-Line™ or PHL Manager™ simulations and is designed to remind leaders of the many lessons in the simulation by extending the learning’s into the workplace to reinforce desired behaviors. Through role-playing, feedback and practice with issues from the simulation as well as the client-specific workplace scenarios, participants confront the most difficult issues in their workplace and gain confidence to communicate those issues effectively.
